Wolverley

My friend John MacSporran is going to join me in Scotland, which is great news. We went for a "shakedown" in Wolverley which must be on of the closest campsites to my home. We had lovely weather and camping pitches adjacent to a beautiful wild flower garden.
Nest time I camp it will be in the vicinity of Land's End!

I've got a logo and I'm gonna use it!

A big thanks to James Hepburn at Bournville College for designing a logo / business card for my trip. Hope you like them! There is only a month to go and I am feeling good about my preparations. I recently rode to London and back and even managed one ride of  99.3 miles. If I had not have been so tired I would have gone for a little ride to make the 100. At the moment I cannot decide whether to enter the Beacon Roads "Cotswold Journey" which is 158Km to get a century ride in before I go.

Charity Donations

Starting on July 17th I plan to cycle from Land's End to John O' Groats. I am going to use this as an opportunity to raise awareness and some funds for two charities. One is the Against Malaria Foundation who distribute Mosquito nets to affected areas in Africa.
You can donate here
I would also like to raise awareness of the Campaign Against Living Miserably who work to prevent the biggest killer of men under 35 in the UK today which is suicide
Thank you for reading this and do please consider making a donation to either of theses causes.
